The Data Retrieval Service (DRS) retrieves data from your company data sources and pushes it into the cloud via a secure connection. DRS can extract data from any JDBC compliant data source as well as SaaS providers such as Salesforce.com. DRS can be located in the cloud or on your company premises, to meet your security and data requirements.
The ICN Viewer arranges and displays the images for each channel.
The iICN Application is a fully functional version of the viewer for the iPad and iPhone.
